"the provision of this aid is being carried out by the Ministry of Energy in line with the directive of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev"— Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan.
International Support for Ukraine
Earlier, on January 20, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stated that Ukraine would receive energy assistance from five countries, Azerbaijan among them. This initiative reflects the international community's support for restoring Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The ongoing conflict has made international energy aid a critical component of Ukraine's resilience.
The arrival of energy aid from Azerbaijan is part of a broader international effort to support Ukraine during a difficult period of war. The situation in Ukraine's energy sector remains critically important, and such assistance can significantly improve the stability of the country's electricity supply.
Cooperation with international partners, including Azerbaijan, underscores the importance of international solidarity in times of crisis.
