You will need:
- flour - 500 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- oil - 100 ml;
- water - 300 ml.
For the filling:
- dill - 1 bunch;
- cheese - 300 g;
- suluguni and brynza - 300 g;
- yolk - 1 pc.;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Cooking Method
In a deep bowl, sift the flour, add salt, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and water. Knead a soft, elastic dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the dill. Grate or mash the cheese, suluguni, and brynza with a fork, mix with dill, yolk, salt, and pepper.
Divide the dough into balls and leave for 5–10 minutes.
Roll out each ball thinly, place the filling in the center, and form an envelope.
Heat a pan with oil, fry the plaksy on both sides until golden brown.
Place on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
