Without TCK: military conscripts will simplify the passage of VLK with the help of Reserve+.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is implementing electronic referrals for military-medical commissions through the 'Reserve+' system for military conscripts. This new initiative is planned to be implemented by the end of February 2025.
According to the information from the Ministry of Defense, the results of the military-medical examination will be sent in electronic format to the information and communication systems of the agency, including the 'Oberih' register. This means that instead of paper documents in TCK, a digital format will be used.
'As a result, medical examinations can be conducted in any convenient medical institution specified in the list, and the conclusions of doctors will be stored in digital form with signatures of responsible persons,' said Kateryna Chernohrenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
This reform of the military-medical examination aims to improve its effectiveness, distribute functions between VLK and TCK, reduce queues in territorial recruitment centers, and lower the risks of corruption.
We remind you that the 'Reserve+' system has already limited an important function, but details about this have been provided by the Ministry of Defense.
