Due to the martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine, men are restricted from leaving the country, although certain categories of citizens can still do so. The State Border Guard Service has reported that the list of individuals allowed to exit remains unchanged.
"Men who are reserved for the period of mobilization, as well as those deemed unfit for military service by the military medical commission due to health reasons, have the right to leave Ukraine"Additionally, exit is allowed for parents of three or more minor children, single parents, as well as men who have children under 18 years old and a spouse serving in the military.
