More than half of Ukrainians believe that Trump's presidency will have a positive impact on Ukraine - survey.
According to a study by the Kyiv City Institute of Sociology, the majority of Ukrainians have a positive attitude towards Donald Trump's presidency. According to the survey results, 54% of Ukrainians believe that Trump's election is more good, sufficiently good, or very good for Ukraine.
The study showed that 5.5% of Ukrainians think Trump's election is very good, 11.3% consider it sufficiently good, 37.3% believe it is more good than bad, while 14.7% think it is more bad than good. The percentage of uncertainty regarding the impact of Trump's second presidency on Ukraine is 23.2%.
Younger Group of Ukrainians
Interestingly, the younger age group of Ukrainians, aged 18 to 29, is more confident in the positive prospects of Trump's presidency for Ukraine than the older age group. In this category, 64% of people believe that Trump's election is more good, sufficiently good, or very good for Ukraine.
Regional Differences
By regions, Ukrainians in the west have the most positive opinion of Trump's presidency, while Ukrainians in the east are the most doubtful and uncertain about its impact on Ukraine.
