According to The Sun: An unusual scene occurred at the summit in China: Vladimir Putin held hands with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The two politicians, smiling, met with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in Tianjin, where they held important negotiations.

The three leaders, along with other anti-Western allies, participated in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) security summit, which Moscow and Beijing offer as an alternative to Western blocs.
Putin's Words on Security
At the summit, Putin spoke about the need for a new system that would take into account the interests of many countries:
“The world needs a system that would change outdated Eurocentric models”
Nevertheless, Putin's critical mood regarding the war in Ukraine was evident when he accused the West of exacerbating the conflict:
“This crisis did not arise from Russia's attack on Ukraine, but from the coup in Ukraine that the West supported.”

The Chinese leader also stressed that the West is inadequately responding to Russia's actions.
A large festive program will soon begin in China, where 26 foreign leaders will discuss important issues, including the tensions in Ukraine. Among the planned events is a military parade marking the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
While Putin conducts negotiations in China, his forces continue to strike Ukraine, including recent attacks in Zaporizhzhia that claimed two lives.
