Business in High War Risk Zones Received UAH 9.8 Billion in Subsidized Loans.
Since the beginning of 2025, Ukrainian businesses have successfully utilized the 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program, receiving over 13 thousand subsidized loans totaling nearly UAH 43 billion. According to the Ministry of Economy, the most funds were directed towards processing, investments, and lending in high war risk zones.
According to Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa, the 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program contributes to the development of the real sector of the economy and allows enterprises to attract significant amounts for investment. The leaders in entering loan agreements turned out to be the regions of Lviv, Dnipro, and Kyiv. Overall, since the start of the program, companies have been provided with over 118 thousand loans amounting to over UAH 400 billion.
Ukrainian businesses actively take advantage of the opportunity to obtain subsidized loans under the 'Affordable Loans 5-7-9%' program, which contributes to their development and investment potential. Overall, this initiative stimulates the economy and supports businesses in Ukraine.
