According to inkorr.com: Famous blogger with millions of subscribers Mrwhosetheboss conducted an exciting experiment called REAL vs FAKE Tech. He decided to compare 10 popular tech products with their best fakes to find out if copies can provide a better price-to-quality ratio. The results were surprising:

Sound system: The fake speaker outperformed the original
  • Original: Harman Kardon Aura Studio 4 ($300).

  • Fake: 2025 LP90 Crystal Pro ($80).

  • Conclusion: Victory for the fake.

    • The fake turned out to have similar sound clarity and bass, but sounded louder, with brighter lighting and, importantly, had a built-in battery, unlike the original which always requires connection to the mains. The price of the fake is only a quarter of the original's cost.

Smartphone: External deception and internal failure

  • Original: Samsung S25 Ultra ($1300).

  • Fake: Unknown model ($300).

  • Conclusion: Victory for the original.

    • Outwardly the fake looked almost identical, with convincing packaging and interface. Even the functions S Pen and Smart Select were imitated.

    • Failure: During gameplay (Angry Birds), loading speed was 'very slow'. The most impressive results were shown in battery tests: after an hour of gameplay, the original (5000 mAh) was left with 86% charge, while the fake (claimed 6800 mAh) was only with 32%.

    • Drop test: The fake passed the test, the screen remained intact (only the corner of the body was damaged), while the original sustained minor damage.

    • Conclusion: External attempts to copy do not correspond to internal performance. Do not buy fake tablets and smartphones.

During the experiment, Mrwhosetheboss compared 10 different tech devices with their fake versions. Although in some cases, fakes showed better results than the originals, overall, the research confirmed that genuine devices remain more reliable and productive.
