This development is governed by Law 4630-IX, which establishes the conditions for reserving a specific category of eligible workers. This amendment represents a significant step in maintaining the operations of companies vital to the nation's defense capabilities, enacted amidst the ongoing conflict.
Deferral Conditions
The deferral from mobilization has been instituted for enterprises deemed critically important that manufacture products for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Specifically, this reservation is only possible for a distinct category of workers who meet strict criteria. It is crucial to note that the deferral is not indefinite and can be revoked.

Furthermore, citizens who hold a deferral or postponement are not subject to conscription during mobilization. However, as lawyer Yurii Aivazian noted, 'unfortunately, this is not always possible.'
