According to UATV: France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has summoned Russia’s interim chargé d’affaires to address a series of cyberattacks that Paris attributes to the Russian Federation, specifically targeting French institutions. The meeting was convened to formally condemn these malicious cyber activities, which are allegedly carried out by the 16th Center of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB).

The French Foreign Ministry underscored the country’s firm commitment to countering such destabilizing actions. Officials stated:

“The purpose of this meeting was to express, in the strongest terms, condemnation of the harmful cyber activities conducted by Russia on French soil.”

Additionally, the ministry emphasized that 'France, together with its partners and within the framework of international law, remains determined to use all available means to prevent, deter, and respond to destabilizing actions directed against it.'
