According to Novyny.live: In Ukraine, obtaining a reservation from military service is only possible after being removed from the wanted list. Citizens subject to mobilization may qualify for a reservation if they work for an enterprise designated as critically important. According to new regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, there are two legal ways to avoid mobilization: deferments and reservations.

It is not possible to secure a reservation without first being removed from the wanted list by the Territorial Centers for Recruitment (TCC). Individuals currently on the wanted list must acknowledge the violation in order to proceed with the reservation process. If the violation is admitted, the fine amounts to 8,500 Ukrainian hryvnias. Payment of this fine can be made after receiving the reservation, and the deadline for payment is roughly 20 days.

Expert Vladyslav Derii stated: 'It is better to pay the fine after you have obtained the reservation.'

He further emphasized: 'So, act quickly to secure your reservation, and then pay the fine.' A key condition for obtaining a reservation is being employed by a critically important enterprise, which now has stricter salary requirements—employees must earn nearly 26,000 Ukrainian hryvnias. This change is part of the government's broader effort to regulate mobilization while maintaining economic stability during the ongoing crisis.
