On Valentine's Day, an unpleasant incident occurred for Oksana Revyakina, a judge of the KOMPANIYIVSKY District Court in Kirovohrad Oblast. She received a delivery of a bouquet with 21 roses from an unknown sender. It turned out that the flowers were not sent by a close person, as she initially thought. It became known later that the sender was the same lawyer who had previously approached the judge regarding the delivery of roses to him. The judge considers this situation an interference in her activities and demands measures be taken in accordance with the law.
It was also previously reported that Mykola Pushchak, the first deputy head of the Solonky village council, who was detained for bribery, has returned to performing his official duties. Artur Yemelyanov, the former deputy head of the Higher Economic Court, remains in custody, as decided by the court.
