According to Korrespondent.net: Chevrolet has introduced the festive collection Stars & Steel, dedicated to the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. The collection includes the Corvette, Colorado, Silverado, Silverado HD, and Silverado EV, all of which are 'proudly built in the USA', unlike the upcoming anniversary model from Chrysler, which will be manufactured in Canada.

The anniversary Corvette will be available in Arctic White or Black colors with stripes inspired by the American flag. The stripe color is Satin Silver or Satin Black. The sports car will also receive black exhaust tips and “250” graphics on the doors and spoiler. The wheels come in Gloss Black, Carbon Flash, or Carbon Fiber options, and the brake calipers will be red.

Inside, the cars will have interiors in Santorini Blue or Adrenaline Red with special trim and a numbered plaque. Some cars will be equipped with red seat belts and mats with red stitching. Only 250 such Corvettes will be produced, and the package will be available for all versions, from Stingray to ZR1X, but only in 3LT/3LZ configurations.

Features of the Colorado and Silverado models

The special version of the Colorado is based on the Trail Boss Crew Cab and is available in black or white colors styled after the Corvette — dark badges, 20-inch black wheels, red tow hooks, and a Midnight Package with a sport bar and light. In standard form, the vehicle has all-wheel drive, protective plates, and a bed liner.

The Silverado 1500 version is based on the RST Crew Cab 4WD with a 6.2-liter V8 engine. It features the collection graphics, 22-inch black wheels, a Brembo braking system with red six-piston calipers, black exhaust tips, step bars, a sunroof, and an option package.

The Silverado HD model in the Stars & Steel version is built on the LTZ Crew Cab Trail Boss 4WD with a 6.6-liter Duramax diesel engine. It features traditional colors, graphics, 20-inch wheels, and a package of Z71 Off-Road, LTZ Convenience II, and Max Trailering packages.

The electric Silverado EV has the most aggressive look: 24-inch black wheels, dark emblems, and a new Brembo braking system with powerful 15.7-inch discs and red six-piston calipers.

Additionally, Chevrolet will present the Stars & Steel package for other pickups, which will add stripes and '250' graphics.

The company also announced the development of a unique Corvette ZR1X 2026 in the Stars & Steel style, which will be sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction in January. All proceeds will go to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Series production of the anniversary models will start in spring 2025. Chevrolet also announced that for each car sold from the collection, $250 will be donated to organizations supporting veterans.

Notably, it was recently reported that the Chevrolet Silverado EV managed to travel over 1700 km on a single charge.
