Penalty for Violation of Military Registration: Can It Be Paid Not at One's Own Military Registration Center?.
A conscript citizen who violated the rules of military registration must be fined in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Lawyers explained whether the fine case can be considered - with the imposition of the fine itself and its payment - at a different military registration center.
On the 'Lawyers.UA' portal, a material has been published by lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan, discussing the possibility of imposing fines on conscript citizens for violations of military registration.
Fines from Military Registration Centers
As part of general mobilization, conscript citizens can be fined for violating the conditions of military registration. However, lawyer Ayvazyan emphasized that some citizens may be concerned about whether it is possible to pay a fine at another territorial recruitment center.
Where Such Cases Are Considered
The lawyer explained that cases of violations of military registration can be considered at the place of residence of the person or at the place of detection of the violation. This is stated in the Code of Administrative Offenses, which addresses violations in the field of military registration and mobilization.
Fines may be imposed in these areas, which can be issued and paid in accordance with the law.
Ukraine continues the process of general mobilization, and conscript citizens may be fined for violations of military registration. Cases of such violations are considered at the place of commission or detection of the offense, as specified in the Code of Administrative Offenses. They can be issued and reviewed at the military recruitment centers where the conscript is registered. This applies both to violations of military registration rules and to violations of legislation on defense and mobilization.
