The leaders signed a declaration establishing the Anti-Ballistic Coalition, a new alliance aimed at strengthening air defense. This coalition brings together ten nations committed to countering ballistic threats.

Military Cooperation and Support Measures
Merz highlighted Ukraine’s recent battlefield achievements, stating:
“Ukraine has been achieving notable military successes for several months now.”He urged a shift toward diplomacy, emphasizing:
“It is time to sit down at the negotiating table, agree on a ceasefire, and put an end to this senseless bloodshed.”Merz also confirmed openness to peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, with backing from Europe and the United States:

As part of the declaration’s military cooperation framework, Ukraine secured a license to produce Aster missiles for SAMP/T systems. Additionally, the United Kingdom committed to assisting the European Union in financing a €90 billion loan to cover Ukraine’s defense and budgetary needs.
