Can you be fined if the document is not paper, but in 'Reserv+.'.
Paper and electronic military registration documents have the same legal force. You can present both a regular military ticket and a document in 'Reserv+'.
This was reported by lawyer Roman Kychko on Ukrainian Radio.
The legal expert noted that there have been cases when representatives of the military enlistment office imposed fines on military conscripts with electronic documents for allegedly not presenting military registration documents, but the court canceled such fines as unlawful.
A military registration document in a mobile application has a QR code that can be scanned. A note 'not registered' or 'incomplete data' is not considered a military registration document.
We remind you that military enlistment offices can impose fines for registration violations multiple times. The maximum fine can reach UAH 25.5 thousand.
We also reported that women face administrative responsibility for violations of military registration. This applies to Ukrainian women with medical or pharmaceutical education.
The news is easy to read and has a lively style characteristic of experienced Ukrainian journalists. The text explains that the practice of fines for the absence of a paper military registration document is unlawful, and the electronic document with a QR code has the same legal force. It also notes the possibility of administrative responsibility for women with medical or pharmaceutical education for violations of military registration.Read also
