Serhiy Koretsky stated: 'We must complete the preparation of these documents by August 5 and present them for government review.'
Following this, the Program will be approved within a month and submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada. According to Koretsky, 'Within a month, the Program will be approved, submitted to the Verkhovna Rada for review, and presented to the public.'
