Volunteer Chmut calls for research before strengthening mobilization.
According to ТСН: In Ukraine, discussions continue regarding the possibility of strengthening mobilization. It is important to rely on data and facts for reforms or the adoption of new laws.
The volunteer and head of the "Come Back Alive" fund, Taras Chmut, emphasizes that thorough research must be conducted before making decisions.
"Before doing anything with mobilization, let's conduct at least some adequate research on what we want and what is actually happening," he said.
Chmut stresses that only after analyzing the situation can conclusions be drawn and decisions be made.
"It shouldn't just be that someone liked something — and we gave out money or launched some reform, or passed yet another law. Let's learn to govern the state based on data, not on emotions and the preferences of certain individuals," he urged.
According to available information, men over 25 years old who have military status, or those who have completed military training and obtained officer ranks, are subject to mobilization.
According to the law, there are exceptions for the mobilization of men under 25 years old if they:
have experience in military or alternative service;
have undergone basic military training in military educational institutions, Armed Forces centers, law enforcement agencies, or educational institutions with relevant programs.
The topic of mobilization remains relevant in the context of the country's security, and the opinions of experts like Taras Chmut can become an important guide in decision-making. Proper analysis and consideration of real circumstances can help avoid mistakes and save resources.
