Xiaomi launches HyperOS 3 in September 2025: which smartphones will receive the update first.
Xiaomi is preparing a new firmware update, HyperOS 3, based on Android 16, promising improved performance and a refreshed design for the entire ecosystem of the company. The release is planned for September 2025, but it is already known which smartphone models will receive this update first.

The update will combine the fresh features of Android 16 and Xiaomi's proprietary developments to ensure fast and convenient operation of devices. The launch of HyperOS 3.0 is expected in the fall of 2025, initially for flagship models and then for other devices. A site HyperOSUpdates.com or the MemeOS Enhancer app in the Play Store will be available for compatibility checks.
Also, it is worth reminding that Android 16 has already been officially presented, and updates for supported models will soon be rolled out. The improvements in the new version concern convenience, security, and user privacy. Additionally, Samsung has also planned to release a stable version of One UI 8 based on Android 16 in September, which will also bring important changes for Galaxy users.
