According to ТСН: In the event of a peace agreement between Ukraine, the USA, Russia, and Europe, it is possible to lift mobilization or implement it partially.

This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a conversation with journalists.

“Mobilization can be transformed or not done in conditions when there is an agreement and it is being implemented, or, perhaps, done partially and partially demobilize people,” the head of state said.

He emphasized that the most important thing is to maintain military forces and positions, as this is “very dangerous.”

Zelensky also noted that martial law is unlikely to be lifted for another six months or several months after the agreement is signed.

The president added that Ukraine is ready to hold elections as soon as possible after the security agreement is concluded, which contains 18 points of the draft peace agreement. But, as Zelensky emphasized, this process must take place in compliance with democratic standards and under conditions of complete safety.

Thus, the president stresses the importance of maintaining stability and security in the country during possible changes that may occur after the signing of the agreement. Indeed, the issue of elections and demobilization in the context of the peace process becomes extremely relevant, as these decisions can significantly impact the future of Ukraine and its citizens. Observing the events, it is important to remember to uphold democratic values even in difficult times.
