Zelensky stated the threat to millions of Ukrainians: why the war will not end.
According to ТСН: Despite negotiations for a peace agreement, the war with Russia continues daily, taking the lives of Ukrainians.
President Volodymyr Zelensky reported this while speaking at a meeting of the 'coalition of willing.'
“Russia kills our people at the front every day and strikes our cities and our energy infrastructure every day. Therefore, while diplomatic efforts continue to end this war, it is important for our partners not to forget that Ukraine still needs sufficient defensive support, security support, and support for our resilience - and this is needed daily,” the head of state reminded.
The President emphasized that as long as Russia does not take real steps to reduce military activity and does not show intent to end this aggressive war, the world cannot stop its support for Ukraine.
However, Zelensky also noted a positive outcome from Geneva after the meetings and negotiations concluded.
He stressed that Ukraine must be involved in security decisions that affect it.
Earlier, there were reports about the goals of Zelensky's trip to the USA and how Kyiv and the EU have already changed Russia's proposals.
This situation highlights the importance of international support for Ukraine amid ongoing aggression. President Zelensky not only emphasizes the necessity of defensive aid but also calls for Ukraine's active participation in decision-making concerning its security. International negotiations continue, but their outcomes currently depend on Russia's real actions on the battlefield.
