According to the court's decision, the man published a video with calls to kill senior officials of the Ukrainian state, including members of parliament, ministers, and the president, as well as calls for violent removal of the government.
The man urged Ukrainians to kill deputies and representatives of other state structures.
The accused admitted his guilt at the court session, apologized, and promised to refrain from similar content. The court imposed a two-year restriction of liberty without property confiscation and ordered him to cover the examination costs amounting to 13,371 hryvnias.
