Road traffic accidents with casualties in Vinnytsia region
According to inkorr.com: Today, September 8, several accidents occurred in Vinnytsia region, resulting in injuries to people. The police are currently investigating all the details of the events, with children among the victims. This information was provided by the Vinnytsia police and published on the website 'Glavkom'.
In particular, in Vinnytsia, a Renault car hit a 23-year-old girl at a pedestrian crossing. The victim was hospitalized, and the driver was sober.
An additional accident occurred between a Volvo car and a local resident riding an e-scooter. Both died in the hospital.
In the village of Luka-Meleskivska, a collision occurred between a Ford and a Mercedes. A 7-year-old passenger from the second vehicle was also hospitalized. A criminal proceeding has been initiated regarding this incident.
Another accident took place in the village of Julinka: a Fada moped collided with a car, whose driver fled the scene. The 19-year-old moped rider was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Subsequently, the police identified and arrested the driver of the fleeing car, found near the Southern Bug River. A criminal proceeding has been initiated, which could result in imprisonment for up to 8 years.
Several road accidents with casualties, including children, have occurred in Vinnytsia region. The police are actively investigating the circumstances of these events and have already opened criminal proceedings in several cases.
