Massive Strikes Hit Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia: Casualties and Destruction Reported.
Aftermath of Rocket Attacks
According to Espreso.tv: Russian missile strikes on Kyiv and Kharkiv sparked fires in buildings and resulted in injuries. In Zaporizhzhia, a food industry facility was destroyed, also causing harm to people.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported a fire in warehouse structures in the Desnianskyi district. Additionally, a non-residential building caught fire in the Sviatoshynskyi district. Two people were injured in the capital as a result of the attack.
Damage in Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia
Oleh Syniehubov detailed an overnight strike on Kharkiv's Nemyshlianskyi district. Four women, aged 52, 79, 47, and 69, were injured in the city. Approximately 20 private homes, a church, and five vehicles sustained damage in Kharkiv.
Ivan Fedorov reported that a Russian aerial bomb hit a garage cooperative in Zaporizhzhia, destroying the premises of a food processing company. Two individuals were also injured in Zaporizhzhia.
These events underscore the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine, which continue to cause humanitarian suffering and substantial material losses. Amid the escalating conflict, the Ukrainian government and the international community persist in calling for an end to the aggression and are supporting efforts to restore security in the affected regions.
