The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine published a video instruction on how to apply for a one-time payment for Independence Day.
Receiving this aid remains the same as last year. Most people will receive money automatically, but certain categories of citizens must personally contact their local Pension Fund office.
However, some people - those who do not receive pensions, have not served in the military, or are not officially employed - must independently contact the local branch of the Pension Fund to receive this payment.
To submit an application, you need to use the online portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to the Pension Fund website using your electronic signature (KЕP) and click 'Login'.
- Select 'Application for the one-time cash payment for Independence Day of Ukraine' in the 'Communications with the Pension Fund' section.
- Fill in the electronic form, providing your details and bank information.
- Agree to the use of personal data and submit the completed application.
- Check the information and send the document.
Do not forget that the rules for pension accruals have also changed for many Ukrainians.
