US State Department reported on funding Ukrainian anti-drone groups.

The United States of America has provided funding for the operation of 800 mobile fire teams in Ukraine, which since the beginning of the year have shot down over 200 Russian drones.

This was reported by the US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink.

Brink emphasized that the mobile fire teams of the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine have saved many lives through effective actions, protecting people and critical infrastructure from attacks by Russia.

"I am proud that the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the State Department funded 800 such groups, which have shot down over 200 drones since January 1, 2024," stated the US Ambassador.
