The government is implementing voice AI in Diia: how communication with the state will change.
Implementation of voice artificial intelligence in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine plans to integrate voice artificial intelligence into government services in partnership with ElevenLabs. First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that communication with government structures should be as easy as messaging in chat apps; this is why the implementation of voice artificial intelligence in services like 'Diia' and others is being discussed.
'The technology from ElevenLabs will allow citizens to receive services and consultations simply by using voice commands in chat. This will significantly ease communication with government structures,' explained Mykhailo Fedorov.
ElevenLabs will develop voice technologies that not only convey words but also emotions and intonations, making the sound more natural. It is also important to support multiple languages for international use. The cooperation between the Ministry and ElevenLabs has already resulted in the creation of a voice replication technology for Mykhailo Fedorov's digital counterpart. New voice solutions will soon appear in applications such as 'Diia', 'Diia.Education', and 'Mria'.
The goal of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is to implement voice artificial intelligence in government services together with ElevenLabs. This will be an important step towards simplifying communication between citizens and government structures, allowing them to receive services and consultations using only voice commands in chat.
The implementation of such technologies will have a significant impact on the accessibility of public services, as the voice interface will simplify the process of obtaining information and interacting with government structures. Such innovations will promote greater digitalization of society and improvement of services for citizens, which is especially relevant in the face of modern challenges.
