President of Estonia Alar Karis arrives in Kyiv
Today, September 12, President of Estonia Alar Karis arrived in Kyiv. The politician announced a series of meetings and discussions. The Estonian leader reported this on his page in the social network X (Twitter).
«Arrived in the great city of Kyiv. Looking forward to all the meetings and discussions», – wrote Alar Karis.
Let us recall that yesterday, September 11, in connection with the holding of the «Crimean Platform» summit, a number of politicians from different countries arrived in the Ukrainian capital. In particular, the Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković came to Kyiv. He took part in the opening ceremony of the Monument to the Victims of the Genocide of the Crimean Tatar People, led by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev. Plenković also met with the head of the Ukrainian state and his wife.
Also, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Kyiv with British Foreign Minister David Lammy.
In addition, the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda, the Prime Minister of Latvia Evika Siliņa, and the President of the Senate of the Czech Republic Miloš Vystrčil visited Ukraine.
