Overnight lows will range from +2°C to +7°C, while daytime temperatures are expected to climb to between +13°C and +18°C. As a result, residents in western areas should prepare for precipitation, while the rest of the country can expect a mix of clouds and clearing skies.
How the Weather May Affect Daily Life
The March 28 forecast indicates rain in western and southwestern Ukraine, which could impact farming activities and the routines of locals in those areas. Meanwhile, mild daytime temperatures and brighter spells elsewhere may encourage outdoor plans. This weather pattern is typical for late March as spring transitions bring variable conditions across the region.
Wind data also highlight the need for caution in mountainous zones, where strong gusts may create hazardous conditions for hikers and drivers.
