Ukraine's Defense Forces Score Major Gains in June

According to Novyny.live: Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has released the June performance review for the 'eBalls' targeting system, highlighting significant achievements by the country's armed forces. According to his statement, Ukrainian troops struck more than 200,000 Russian targets over the course of the month. Furthermore, the number of hits on targets located over 50 kilometers from the front line nearly doubled compared to previous periods.

Key Statistics and Outcomes

In June, Ukrainian forces eliminated or severely wounded nearly 28,000 Russian personnel. They also intercepted 49,575 enemy drones and copters—the best monthly tally to date. Notably, this month saw a record number of enemy artillery pieces destroyed, along with an all-time high in hits on Russian vehicles and motorcycles.

'Our main focus is on the enemy's logistics. Destroying warehouses, transport, and supply routes reduces the adversary's ability to support its units.' Mykhailo Fedorov

Fedorov also emphasized that 'eBalls provides real-time battlefield visibility. This helps us quickly identify effective solutions and scale them across the entire military. I thank every soldier for their results and daily efforts.'

These June results demonstrate substantial progress by Ukrainian forces against Russian invaders, which is undoubtedly impacting the overall frontline situation.

Such achievements may indicate a gradual shift in strategic momentum toward Ukrainian forces, potentially altering the tactical landscape at the front. The high effectiveness in neutralizing the enemy—especially the focus on logistics chains—could significantly hamper the functioning of Russian military units in the region. These defensive successes may also serve as a key factor in maintaining international support for Ukraine's efforts to counter aggression.
