“People are dying, and he finds it 'interesting'... Dovboy@b,” wrote the head of the Ukrainian state on social media X on December 19.

Earlier, during a live Q&A, the leader of the aggressor country offered to conduct a 'technological experiment', where Western countries and Ukraine are to identify a target in Kyiv for a Russian missile 'Oreshnik', while air defense systems attempt to intercept it.
At a press conference in Brussels, Zelenskyy commented on this statement: 'Comrade from the Kremlin suggested a 'technological duel'... Putin says they will strike, for example, at Kyiv with 'Oreshnik', while Ukraine's Western partners should provide air defense, and we'll see what happens. Do you think this is an adequate person? Just a lunatic.'
Regarding the topic of a ceasefire, the President of Ukraine stressed the impossibility of existing in a frozen conflict, noting: 'When it comes to a ceasefire in any conflict, any war - people know what will happen next, how it will all end.' Zelenskyy added that 'we must know what will happen tomorrow in order for there to be a ceasefire today.'
