Russia's Mobilization Efforts

According to UATV: Andriy Kovalenko has warned that men in Russia who are eligible for military service should exit the country before fall, as the Kremlin may call up more than half a million people. According to him, current mobilization measures can only add a maximum of 31,000 troops to the ranks. Kovalenko stressed that a potential announcement of a draft could come after the autumn State Duma elections, raising alarm among Russian citizens.

The Situation in Ukraine

Active combat operations continue in Ukraine. Recent data shows that Ukrainian forces have liberated over 182 square kilometers of territory during the Dobropil operation. Specifically, the 425th Assault Regiment freed six populated localities in the Dnipropetrovsk region. During these operations, the Russian army suffered significant losses, estimated at roughly 35,000 to 36,000 personnel.

Dmytro Snyehyrov noted that 'the core level of losses exceeds the capacity to replenish personnel.'

In response to these losses, Russia is expanding its recruitment of prisoners to bolster the army. Meanwhile, the Kremlin is also intensifying its military efforts, including strikes on logistics targets. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that 'strikes were carried out near Moscow, as well as in the Tambov region.'

Additionally, by mid-July, nearly 200 vessels had been hit in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea. This points to growing hostile activity across multiple regions. Furthermore, Robert 'Madyar' Brovdy stated that 'the enemy is pulling up to two hundred 'Rubicon' units from the line of contact to protect the shadow fleet.'

Experts also note that the situation with resources such as fuel could become critically worse if shortages reach 45% or more. As Oleksandr Savchenko pointed out, 'it will slow down critically when these resources—we are talking about fuel, gasoline, diesel, and kerosene for aircraft—become scarce.'

Thus, the front-line situation remains tense, with both sides preparing for further actions.
