Two problematic Honda CR-Vs with mileage: which years to avoid.
The 2017 CR-V became a real 'nightmare' for many owners. It turned out that this popular crossover has serious engine problems, in particular – fuel entering the motor oil. Such a malfunction can occur already at a mileage of 20,000 km. And although owners have submitted many complaints to the NHTSA, resolving this issue has proven to be complicated.
The 2015 CR-V also does not please its owners. Here the main concerns are excessive vibration and other engine problems. The situation is so serious that this model also received the 'Beware of breakdown' label.
Of course, such drawbacks can significantly affect the operating costs of owners, as well as Honda's reputation. Therefore, before purchasing a car of this brand, it is worth carefully weighing all the 'pros' and 'cons'.
