The government launches the Electronic TCC: how 600 thousand Ukrainians will receive deferrals.
Launch of the 'Electronic TCC' system
According to inkorr.com: Ukraine is launching a new system 'Electronic TCC' that will significantly simplify the process of obtaining deferrals from mobilization. More than 600 thousand Ukrainians will be able to take advantage of this innovation, allowing them to avoid visiting Territorial Recruitment Centers.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, announced this on her social media profile on October 24, 2025.
The government will introduce electronic military registration documents with QR codes, which will replace the usual paper certificates. This innovation will serve as the basis for obtaining deferrals from conscription and will significantly simplify the procedure for over 600 thousand citizens.
Reform of the TCC system
The modernization of the TCC system is an important part of the overall 'e-TCC' ecosystem, which aims to transition key services to electronic format. This will ease access to services and reduce the burden on Territorial Recruitment Centers, especially for conscripted citizens.
Thus, the implementation of the 'Electronic TCC' system will soon simplify the process of obtaining deferrals from mobilization for many citizens, making it more transparent and convenient thanks to the new electronic documents.
The introduction of the 'Electronic TCC' marks an important step in the digitalization of public services, significantly reducing bureaucratic obstacles. This project will not only simplify procedures but also enhance convenience for those seeking assistance with military registration.
