The Fund for Supporting Energy in Ukraine has received donor contributions totaling 1.2 billion euros over three years of its operation. The Ministry of Energy calls the Fund an effective tool for international assistance in the energy sector. Energy Minister German Galushchenko emphasizes that the Fund has become an important instrument for providing international aid, facilitating the swift resolution of issues related to equipment procurement and emergency repairs of energy infrastructure. Many Ukrainian energy companies have turned to the Fund and continue to collaborate with it. Denmark was the first to support the Fund with a contribution of 500,000 euros. Currently, the Fund has united 33 donors from 22 countries, including states, private companies, corporations, and international organizations. Approximately 70 Ukrainian energy companies from all regions of the country have already received assistance. Priority is given to equipment for restoring electricity supply, transformers, generators, cable products, vehicles, etc. All this assistance is aimed at strengthening Ukraine's energy security.
