Yermak said where the next meeting of the Global Peace Summit might take place.
Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak announced the continuation of work on the implementation of the Peace Formula. During the forum "Ukraine 2024. Independence," he spoke about plans to hold the second Peace Summit in one of the Global South countries.
According to Yermak, after the first Peace Summit, the preparation of thematic conferences with the participation of working groups and representatives of the Global South countries began. It is expected that within a few months a joint plan for the implementation of President Zelensky's Peace Formula will be drawn up.
The head of the President's Office also recalled the signing of 25 bilateral security agreements by Ukraine, which he calls a "new security ecosystem" that will change until Ukraine's full membership in the EU and NATO.
Yermak emphasized Ukraine's efforts to return children abducted by Russia and noted that 40 countries have already joined the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children.
Regarding sanction pressure, Andriy Yermak noted that sanctions are effective, but could be more so. He mentioned the need to strengthen sanctions against Russian propagandists, the oil sector, and nuclear energy. It is also important to prevent the "gray" import of electronics into Russia, particularly for missile production.
