Eurovision 2026: Ukraine will perform in the second semi-final on May 14.
According to ТСН: Today it became known when and in which semi-final Ukraine will perform at the international song contest 'Eurovision 2026'.
Austria, which is organizing the contest, held a draw that was broadcast live. It is now known that Ukraine's representative will again compete in the second semi-final. The Ukrainian participant will perform at the Wiener Stadthalle arena in Vienna on May 14, in the second half. Ukraine will face competition from 14 countries: Armenia, Romania, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Albania, Denmark, Cyprus, Norway, Malta, Australia, and Latvia.
First Semi-Final
The first semi-final of 'Eurovision 2026' is scheduled for May 12, in which 15 countries will compete: Georgia, Portugal, Croatia, Sweden, Finland, Moldova, Greece, Montenegro, Estonia, San Marino, Poland, Belgium, Lithuania, Serbia, and Israel.
Final of the Contest
20 participants will proceed from the semi-finals to the final. Finalists will be selected by viewers through voting, and the judges' scores will also be taken into account. The final will take place on May 16, and automatically qualifying are the 'Big Four' – Germany, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom, as well as last year’s winner Austria.
Let us remind you that preparations for the national selection for 'Eurovision 2026' are ongoing in Ukraine, which will take place on February 7. It is then that it will be revealed who will represent our country. Recently, the national selection producer Jamala announced that
she will not be part of the jury. The artist explained her decision.
This year, 'Eurovision' promises to be bright and eventful. Ukraine's representative will once again have the opportunity to showcase their talent on the international stage, and fans of the contest are eagerly awaiting the performances of the participants. The national selection in Ukraine, scheduled for February 7, will be the first stage in determining the future representative of our country at the contest.
