Fox News: how the USA and Ukraine will share profits from Ukrainian subsoil.

President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will sign an agreement on Friday that provides for the distribution of income from the development of mineral and energy projects, Fox News reports.
According to information obtained by Edward Lawrence from FOX Business, the text of the document was exclusively available to him. The agreement will be officially signed during Zelensky's visit to Washington.
Purpose of the agreement and structure
According to the agreement, the USA and Ukraine have concluded an agreement on the distribution of profits from mineral and energy projects. This will help attract investments from the USA and increase interest in Ukraine. Resources such as rare earth minerals, oil, natural gas, and infrastructure projects, including data centers, will be the basis for profit distribution.
Creation of an investment fund
The agreement provides for the immediate establishment of a fund that will promote investment in Ukraine. Profits will be distributed between the USA and Ukraine based on total profit to avoid abuse by contractors.
Signal to Russia and support for Ukraine's security
President Trump believes that this agreement reaffirms US support for Ukraine's security and sends a signal to Russia that America does not plan to leave the region.
