Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes until the spinach has wilted.
Transfer the spinach mixture to a blender along with the parsley (leaves and stems) and blend until smooth.
Grate the low-fat cheese. Add it along with the low-fat soft cheese to the green sauce mixture, adding a little more pasta water, and blend again until smooth.
Toss the sauce with the pasta. Transfer to a serving dish (about 22 cm in diameter).

Professional Pumpkin Carving
First, choose the right pumpkin.
Look for one that has no soft spots. A few bumps can add character.
After washing, cut a circle around the stem, angling the knife so that the lid does not fall inside.
Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to remove the seeds, fibers, and pulp.
Continue cleaning the sides so that the pumpkin walls are thin enough for carving.
The optimal thickness is about 1 cm. Take a marker and draw a scary design on the outside.
To assist with the design, you can print templates from the internet.
Secure the printout on the pumpkin and use a pin to poke holes along the design.
Use a sharp knife or a pumpkin carving set to cut out your design, pushing the cut pieces from the inside out.
Add a candle or LED light inside, ensuring to leave a hole in the lid for ventilation.
Tip: Don’t carve the pumpkin too early, or it might start to rot before Halloween, surprising you with a terrifying surprise!
It’s better to leave it until three days before the celebration.
