Hetmantsev named the reason for the reduction of business support in Ukraine.
The head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy, Danilo Hetmantsev, explained that the reason for the reduction in support of Ukrainian businesses and social programs lies in the war that is currently taking place.
Hetmantsev on business support during the war
In an interview for Novyny.LIVE, Danilo Hetmantsev noted that despite the military actions, the state continues social programs and business support. However, he added that there are reductions directly related to the armed conflict.
'We continue social programs, and business assistance programs. Yes, there are reductions. But excuse me, we have a war on a scale that has not been seen in Europe since 1945.'
'And there's no one to ask for advice, because there is no operating manual for a country at war.', - Hetmantsev explained.
Earlier, Danilo Hetmantsev pointed out that the poverty level in Ukraine has nearly doubled in recent years. He also analyzed the possibility of the state guaranteeing a minimum subsistence level for Ukrainians.
Danilo Hetmantsev explained that the war significantly affects the support of Ukrainian businesses and social programs, leading to reductions in these areas. However, the state continues to provide assistance and support to those who need it most, despite the difficult situation in the country.
