An eight-year-old girl fell victim to a wild elephant attack when one of them broke away from a group of ten. Citria, along with her family, was trying to escape from their home in the West Rumbai area when the elephant charged at the child, inflicting serious injuries.Father's statement:“I heard screams when it happened. I tried to run to her, but it was already too late.”This incident has become a great tragedy not only for the girl’s family but for the entire community, as the wild elephant posed a serious threat to local residents who are trying to find food.In such cases, the issue of public safety becomes extremely pressing.
