The average dollar buying rate increased by 1 kopeck, while the selling rate rose by 2 kopecks. Meanwhile, the euro saw a 2-kopeck gain on purchases and a 4-kopeck increase on sales.

Currency Auction and Interbank Market Overview

At the currency auction, the dollar is trading at 44.76–44.87 UAH, and the euro ranges between 51.20 and 51.40 UAH. The interbank market opened with the dollar at 44.77–44.80 UAH, while euro trades are occurring at 50.97–50.99 UAH. Overall, the foreign exchange market is experiencing only minor shifts, pointing to short-term exchange rate stability.

The currency market shows relative stability despite these rate adjustments. The decline in the dollar at exchange offices may indicate waning demand for the US currency, whereas the euro’s rise could reflect growing investor interest in the European currency.

This dynamic may influence further exchange rate swings in the coming days, so it is important to monitor developments in the currency segment.
