According to Novyny.live: Through the BLOOM microenterprise support program, residents of nine Ukrainian regions can apply for grants of up to $5,000 to launch or revive their own businesses. Who Can Apply and Key Conditions
The program is open to people living in:
- Chernihiv
- Dnipropetrovsk
- Kharkiv
- Kherson
- Mykolaiv
- Odesa
- Sumy
- Zaporizhzhia regions
Additionally, LGBTQI+ individuals in Kyiv and the Kyiv region are eligible. Applications will be accepted until July 10, 2026. Grant amounts reach up to $3,000 for self-employed individuals and up to $5,000 for registered sole proprietors.
Eligible applicants include:
- entrepreneurs
- self-employed persons
- internally displaced people
- veterans (both men and women)
- residents of communities affected by war
