August 7th in Ukraine is expecting a real summer: where it will be the hottest
On Thursday, August 7th, warm and sunny weather is expected in Ukraine as the atmospheric front that brought heavy rain and thunderstorms on August 6th shifts away. This was reported by meteorologist Natalka Didenko.

The cold atmospheric front crossing Ukraine on August 6th can already be seen in satellite images as a band of clouds. This front will bring bad weather to the western, northern, and central regions of the country, where rain, thunderstorms, heavy downpours, squalls, and even possible hail are forecasted. At the same time, dry weather without precipitation will prevail in the south and part of the center.

However, by the next day, August 7th, the atmospheric front will leave Ukraine, establishing dry weather in most regions. The air temperature will drop significantly, making the day more comfortable. For example:

  • In the western regions +20...+24°C is expected
  • In the north +22...+26°C
  • In the center +24...+29°C
  • In the east +26...+32°C
  • In the south, the highest temperature will reach +30...+33°C

In the capital Kyiv, it will also be dry and sunny on August 7th, with temperatures around +24°C. Furthermore, astro-meteorologists warned about possible magnetic storms in August and the sun’s most active days. Recently, the world witnessed a new world record when the longest lightning strike in history occurred in the USA.

Ukrainians can count on warm and sunny weather on August 7th after a temporary bad weather that brought rain and thunderstorms. The temperature regime will be relatively comfortable, decreasing after the passed atmospheric front. Meteorological risks are not anticipated, while astrological trends predict a stable day.
