The GUR eliminated Russian occupiers after their photo triumph in Zelenyi Hai.
The special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine did not allow Russian occupiers to take a 'selfie' in the village of Zelenyi Hai in the Donetsk region. These invaders attempted to advance towards the Dnipropetrovsk border but encountered resistance from Ukrainian troops.
According to the press service of the GUR, the combat group of occupiers decided for unknown reasons to take a photo to inform their commanders about their new 'acquired position'.
One of the combat groups of Russian occupiers decided to take a photo in the village of Zelenyi Hai in the Donetsk region to report to their leadership about the 'captured position'.
'However, the invaders found themselves in the responsibility zone of the 'Brotherhood' unit of the 'Timur Special Forces' of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, hence the media 'triumph' did not last long', it is stated in the message.
The 'Brotherhood' unit emphasized that any attempts of illegal intrusion into Ukraine's territory will be resolutely stopped.
The GUR previously reported on a special operation in occupied Melitopol, where passengers of a minibus, along with occupiers from the 'Akhmat' unit, were eliminated. A Russian Su-27UB fighter jet was also destroyed at the 'Armavir' airfield.
Summary
Ukrainian special forces halted the attempt by Russian occupiers to break through to the border and record the 'acquired position' in the village of Zelenyi Hai. The actions of the Ukrainian military once again confirmed their unwavering determination not to allow violations of the country's territorial integrity.
