Warren, who is 73 years old, confirmed that the 'Gypsy King' plans to return to the revitalized division next year.

In an interview with DAZN, he said: “I spoke to him last week. He said he plans to box again next year. He really wants to.”

“This year he had a very full schedule. Although he was not in any fight, as we all know, a documentary came out. He filmed for Netflix in the series 'Home with Fury.'”
“Additionally, he is finishing another documentary and working on other projects.”
“He made it very clear to me that he wants to box next year. So, we will meet and discuss it.”

Fury himself is convinced that his comeback in the sport is quite realistic since he is staying fit during his time off.

“I miss boxing every day. I've been away for seven months now, and it’s really hard. I'm open to offers.”

“I promise big news for next year.”

“I'm only 37, so I will be the oldest among all the young boxers coming onto the stage; it's not going to be easy.”

After the defeat against Usyk, the 38-year-old Ukrainian also defeated promising boxer Daniel Dubois, who is 28 years old.

Fabio Wardley, at 30 years old, is actively announcing his ambitions in heavyweight.

And the young Brit, Moses Itauma, at 20 years old, continues his path to the title fight after winning against Dillian Whyte in August.

However, the most discussed fight for Fury remains the highly anticipated bout against his rival, Anthony Joshua.

Although interest in this fight has waned due to both boxers' failures, the bout can still attract viewers if one of the biggest 'what-if' questions in heavyweight is answered.

Joshua is also being considered as a possible opponent for Deontay Wilder at Wembley Stadium or Martin Bakole in Africa next year.
