The longest air raid alert during the entire war in Khmelnytskyi region

Today, October 28, the longest air raid alert occurred for Khmelnytskyi region during the entire period of the unfolding war. It lasted 11 hours. This was reported by the head of Khmelnytskyi RMA, Serhiy Tyurin.

According to the head of the region, during these 11 hours, our air defense forces destroyed 10 enemy drones.

«The exact location of the debris fall is being established. As of this Time, there have been no reports of injured or dead», – stated Tyurin.

As a result of the attack, windows of a residential building, a garage, and a car were damaged. All necessary services are working at the scene.

Recall that on the night of October 28, the enemy attacked the Kyiv region with striking UAVs – explosions were heard in the area. The alert lasted approximately 13 hours.

Fire in Zhytomyr region due to a downed drone

As reported, on the night of Monday, October 28, a fire occurred in Zhytomyr region due to the fall of debris from a downed Russian drone. The fire broke out in one of the settlements of Zhytomyr district. The press service of the State Emergency Service noted that as a result of the drone's fall, a residential house and a utility building made of cinder blocks caught fire. The fire was extinguished even before morning.
