Deadly Russian Attacks Hit Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson

According to Espreso.tv: Three people have died and three more were injured as a result of Russian military strikes across the Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions. The attacks, which involved drones and artillery, were reported by Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. In total, Russian forces launched more than ten strikes across five districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region, including Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, Synelnykove, Kamianske, and the city of Dnipro itself.

In the Nikopol area, a 66-year-old man was killed, while in Kryvyi Rih, two people lost their lives due to a strike. In Kherson, one local resident was also killed, and two others sustained injuries. Overnight, an explosive device was dropped from a drone in the Korabel neighborhood. The deceased was a 48-year-old man, and the wounded were men aged 43 and 58.

Tensions Remain High Across Ukraine

Beyond these incidents, on the night of July 11, the Russian army also targeted Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, Izium, and the Kherson region. Yaroslav Shanko urged residents of coastal areas to evacuate to safer locations, citing the threat of further attacks. Several enterprises were also damaged as a result of the shelling. The situation remains tense, and authorities continue to call on the population to follow safety protocols.

These events underscore the ongoing conflict and escalating violence in Ukraine, particularly in regions that have already endured significant destruction. The targeting of civilian areas and infrastructure highlights the grave risks faced by non-combatants, as well as the urgent need for local authorities to enforce protective measures. The calls for evacuation reflect the severity of the situation and the potential for continued threats from Russian forces.
