According to The Sun: Expert Yolande Norris-Clark is confident that women can have 'orgasmic' births if no one interferes. She has given birth to nine children without medical assistance and believes that it is important to be in the right mindset during labor. This approach helped her experience a completely painless four-day delivery.

Norris-Clark actively opposes stereotypical views on what positions women should give birth in. She insists that throughout human history, women have given birth in various positions, from vertical to horizontal, and she herself chose the most comfortable way for her. Today she lives in Nicaragua with her husband and nine children.
