India becomes a hub for supplying banned technologies to the Russian Federation, - Bloomberg.

India becomes the second supplier of critically important technologies to Russia
Indian export of microchips, electronic components, and machines reached 95 million dollars in July, doubling the figures of the previous months of this year. Now, India has become the second largest supplier of such technologies to Russia, with China ahead of it.
According to Bloomberg, the lack of reaction from Indian officials on this situation has concerned Ukraine's allies. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India refused to comment on the data regarding the supply of such technologies to Russia.
Estimates suggest that nearly 20% of sensitive technologies used in the Russian defense industry originate from India. This indicates the challenges faced by the USA and its allies in trying to limit Russia's military potential after the invasion of Ukraine.
As direct export of such technologies to Russia is prohibited, Moscow receives them through third countries or intermediaries, often including companies with western capital. The USA and the EU are trying to limit supplies through traditional transit points, but new hubs are emerging, including, according to sources, India, Malaysia, and Thailand.
Previously, the media discovered more than 30 German companies whose equipment was imported into Russia after the invasion of Ukraine. Among them are Walter Maschinenbau, Vollmer, Fein GmbH, Heller, and others.
